Requirements are:
Japanese resident (no SOFA status) You must have all the required paperwork to show you legally live in and can work in Japan
This job requires you to work outdoors. You must be able to handle all types of weather most notably hot and humid conditions
This job requires overtime work.
This job requires you to maintain your appearance in a professional manner.
Most important you must be outgoing and articulate. Speaking skills are a must.
